Equity means appreciating everyone despite the differences in the level of their contributions: Parent Volunteer Appreciation Day.

I am sharing a few photos from a wonderful event we organized for Parent Volunteer Appreciation Day. All parents received a Healthy Start Swag bag containing hygiene items, a stress ball, pen, and bookmarks , about 135 items were distributed from my program in school.

All parents received a link for the pictures and had a great lunch. We created a good space so they can bring their little one.

They also received a message and a card of appreciation from me. The school administrators and parent center also contributed to showing appreciation for them which I wrote in English and Spanish.

Here are the messages and some pictures. Thank you, Parent Volunteers! Your dedication brightens our school every day.
