Like to learn more about me?

For nearly two decades, I worked in different positions related to social services and advocacy. I was an acting program director, supervisor, and social worker in various community-based services with a large number of participants on a daily rooting. My position created a situation where I was able to be engaging with team members and members of the community on a daily basis.  My life has been highlighted by working with vulnerable people from different cultures. As such, I gained cultural sensitivity and competency and the ability to work with a multicultural population.

There are some other kinds of stuff about me that you can find on LinkedIn or Google. Let’s keep in touch via email, my blog, social media, etc.

How did I learn to do all those I mentioned?

Let me tell you, I have a passion that drives me. I have gained the knowledge and drive for leadership through my education and learned skills, qualities, and abilities to motivate, coach, and support families, caregivers, and staff through my work experience. Due to the nature of my job as a supervisor at the social worker department, I had to screen caregivers for program qualification, mentor and evaluate student interns, create a team of outreach and increase client participation.
